совместное предприятие.Предприятие, созданное на территории национальной экономики (cм. concept of an economy of balance of payments) с привлечением иностранного капитала. В условиях неравномерного обеспечения стран собственными природными, трудовыми и финансовыми ресурсами совместное международное предпринимательство стало широко распространенным экономическим явлением. При внешнеэкономических долгосрочных связях в форме производственного сотрудничества партнеров объединяют не только договорные отношения, но и стабильная база совместной деятельности. Однако во многих странах существуют ограничения на создание и деятельность совместных предприятий в виде лимитов на участие иностранного капитала, требований о преимущественной доле в общем капитале предприятия, установления контроля за деятельностью предприятия со стороны национальных органов власти, передачи административно-управленческих функций местному персоналу, навязывания предельно допустимых норм вывоза прибыли.English-Russian explanatory dictionary of the external economic terms > joint venture
